Bund Lining or Secondary Containment
Secondary containment or "bund" as they are more often referred to should have the sole purpose to contain all of the liquid from primary containment should it fail. Except for water, generally all chemicals are considered hazardous to the environment unless otherwise stated and should and a failure, therefore installing bund linings is essential and mandatory as a legal requirement. Bunds are typically made of either concrete, brick, or metal. For example depending on the corrosivity of the chemical stored in the primary containment or storage tank.

Whilst working consistently with manufacturers in developing materials, many of our systems are successfully being used for different applications today. Our coating and linings applications are more commonly applied over concrete and steel for corrosion protection, waterproofing and abrasion resistance, with tremendous advantages over meany conventional materials for tough and hard wearing applications due to their fast set nature, high elongation and durability/abrasion characteristics.
